Zemlogistika is looking for skilled and responsible heavy equipment operators who value safety, accuracy, and professional work standards. We believe that reliable operators are a key part of every successful construction project.
We perform earthworks, construction, road, demolition, and engineering projects throughout Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Our operators work on a variety of sites, including excavation, grading, material handling, foundation preparation, and road construction.
We value not only professional experience but also responsibility, careful equipment operation, and a willingness to work according to established procedures. For selected positions, we are also open to motivated candidates interested in gaining practical experience through training.
Before arriving on site, every operator receives detailed information about the project, required equipment, and expected scope of work, allowing proper preparation and efficient execution.
Our team works with private customers, construction companies, developers, industrial businesses, and contractors across Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
We expect every operator to follow equipment operating standards, monitor machine condition, and maintain a safe working environment on every project.
Working on different construction sites provides valuable experience and helps develop practical skills with modern construction machinery.
